All products & services displayed within the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Refund policy
At Painted, we’re here to help you find what feels right for your nails, your routine, and your wellbeing. Our knowledgeable team is always available to guide you toward the services and products that suit you best.
We accept returns on unopened and unused products. For eligible in-store purchases, returns are welcomed within 7 days of purchase. For online purchases, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
All sales of non-physical items—including, gift cards,—are final and non-refundable. Transfers or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of our team.

Gift Cards
Painted gift cards are subject to the following terms and conditions:
All gift cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Gift cards can be redeemed online and in store for product purchases or treatments, but cannot be used to purchase another gift card, nor redeemed for cash. Any balance remaining on a gift card will be held on the card for future purchases, within the period of validity.
Gift card purchases are excluded from any sales or discount codes.
How to redeem:
Upon purchasing a gift card, an email voucher will be sent to the email from which the order was placed, not the recipient's email address. This email can be forwarded onto the recipient for use. Physical gift cards may be purchased in store only.
Each gift card contains a unique alphanumeric code that must be used during checkout online or in store. For online purchases, the code must be input into the gift card section at checkout.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Mailing Lists
Emails are only sent to subscribed customers. All our emails include an ‘unsubscribe’ link, should you wish to be removed from our mailing list. Alternatively, you can email us at info@paintednails.com.au to be removed from the list.
